Positive Self-Esteem Journaling

Students will be utilizing the book Find Your Rainbow: Color and Create Your Way to a Calm and Happy Life. 

We will discuss emotions, feelings, and generate community by utilizing this book. 

The class is 10:30 am-11:00 EDT on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Classes start March 21st and ends May 23rd 

Recommended age is 2nd-5th grade 

Class includes the book. 

It comes with our social club so kids can hang out and interact throughout the week.
